For items in stock, we aim to dispatch orders with 24-48 hours from the date the order is placed, Monday - Friday.

Delivery time is normally 2-3 working days from dispatch

Returns

If you change your mind or are not happy with your EV Quip purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery with no re stocking fee. All items must be unused and in re-sellable condition*. Please use original packaging where possible. Once your returned item is checked and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, we will refund the original purchase price excluding the shipping charge. All return postage charges must be paid by the customer.

Note: For special order (non stock) parts such as T Sportline, Mak, GMP alloy wheels or Eibach products, we charge a re stocking fee of 20% if products are returned within 14days. This is to cover the charge from the manufacturer to us.

*Resellable Condition

Defined as;

• Goods in their original packaging or box with protective films, seals and covers intact.

• No exterior or interior defects not present at the point of sale.

• No modifications to the original product, including drilling holes/cutting.

If the item is not correct or faulty, please contact sales@evquip.co.uk within 48hrs of receiving to report the issue. We can then organise to return the item for a replacement or full refund
